The Protective Life Insurance appointed ICB Capital Management Ltd & Strategic Finance Ltd as the Initial Public Offering (IPO) issue managers.

An agreement signing ceremony regarding this was held on Wednesday at Protective Life Insurance Limited's Head Office in Mohakhali.

In presence of Sameer Sekandar, Chairman of PILIL, Mr. Ehsanul Kabir Director of PILIL, Dr. Kishore Biswas, CEO (CC) of PILIL, Asit Kumar Chakravorty, CEO of ICB Capital Management Ltd, Muhammad Kabir Sadeeq, CEO of Strategic Finance Ltd signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.

ICB Capital Management Ltd, Strategic Finance Ltd are working jointly to provide issue management services for the IPO proposal of Protective Life Insurance.
